How do I return something purchased online?

All returns must be processed in-person at B&B Pet Stop

Return Policy

Items (excluding livestock) may be returned within 90 days of purchase

  • You must present a valid photo ID
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
  • Seasonal and clearance items will not be accepted
  • With receipt:  Refund in form of original method of payment
  • Without receipt: Items may be exchanged or receive a STORE CREDIT valued at the last promotional price of the item.
  • Defective items under manufacturer’s warranty may be exchanged (with receipt) at any time during the warranty period.
