We are always adding items to our online selection, but for now, we are only listing our top-sellers.

Will my online order count towards “Free Food Faster”*?

Yes, when you set up your online account using the SAME name and phone number that you use for your B&B Pet Stop Rewards Club account, all orders you place through our website will automatically count towards Free Food Faster.  
At this time, we are unable to process your FREE items through our website.  When you’ve earned your free bag, please contact us at 251-661-3474 to arrange for pickup or delivery of the free item.

How do I order?

Please select In-Store Pickup during checkout.

Where is In-Store Pickup offered?

B&B Pet Stop is located at 5035 Cottage Hill Rd - Mobile, Alabama 36609.

What days do you offer In-Store Pickup?

In-store pickup is available during all normal business hours.
B&B Pet Stop is open 7 days a week.
MONDAY - SATURDAY 10am - 7pm
SUNDAY  12pm - 5pm
These hours are subject to change on Holidays.  Call 251-661-3474

What is the cutoff time for In-Store Pickup?

All orders received by 4pm are eligible for same day In-Store Pickup.

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

Our cutoff time is 4pm for same day in-store pickup.  
Any orders placed after 4pm, or on the weekend, will be available for in-store pickup after 12pm the following, non-holiday weekday.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

We will complete your In-Store Pickup order within 2 hours of receiving it and send an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.  Please wait until you receive the email indicating your order is ready before heading to the store!
Once notified, you may pick up your order any time during our business hours.

How much does In-Store Pickup cost?

In-Store Pickup service is FREE and there is no minimum purchase required.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There is NO minimum purchase required for In-Store Pickup.

How long will you hold my pickup order?

Orders not picked up within 48 hours will be canceled and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Where is Same-Day Delivery offered?

Same-Day Delivery is available to street addresses within 8 miles of our store – located at 5035 Cottage Hill Road – Mobile, Alabama  36609

What days do you deliver?

Same-Day Delivery is available 7 days a week, excluding major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

What are your delivery hours?

Orders are normally delivered 9am - 8pm.*
*Rarely, situations out of our control, such as inclement weather or traffic delays, may affect delivery times. We will keep all delivery customers updated during these circumstances.

What is the order cutoff time for Same-Day Delivery?

Our cutoff time is 1pm for same-day delivery.
All orders received by 1pm will be delivered that day by 8pm.*

How much does Same-Day Delivery cost?

Same-Day Delivery is FREE for all purchases over $50.00 (pre-tax).
All other orders are charged a $10.00 delivery fee.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There is no minimum purchase requirement for delivery.
FREE DELIVERY for orders $50.00 or more
$10.00 delivery fee for orders less than $50.00

Do I have to be home?

No. We will knock or ring the bell when we deliver your order.
If no one is home, we will neatly place all items near the front door (but out of view of the street, if possible), unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.

Do you deliver LIVE animals?

No. Live animals are not currently eligible for delivery.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Items (excluding livestock) may be returned within 90 days of purchase
You must present a valid photo ID
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
Seasonal and clearance items will not be accepted
With receipt:  Refund in form of original method of payment
Without receipt: Items may be exchanged or receive a STORE CREDIT valued at the last promotional price of the item.
Defective items under manufacturer’s warranty may be exchanged (with receipt) at any time during the warranty period.

How do I return something purchased online?

To return items purchased online, you MUST bring them to the store located at 5035 Cottage Hill Road, Mobile, Alabama 36609.
