How do I return something purchased online?
All returns must be processed in-person at B&B Pet Stop
Return Policy
Items (excluding livestock) may be returned within 90 days of purchase
- You must present a valid photo ID
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- Seasonal and clearance items will not be accepted
- With receipt: Refund in form of original method of payment
- Without receipt: Items may be exchanged or receive a STORE CREDIT valued at the last promotional price of the item.
- Defective items under manufacturer’s warranty may be exchanged (with receipt) at any time during the warranty period.
